The geographical position, at both of our offices, and type of firm that we are means that conveyancing is bread and butter to us. We deal with all kinds of conveyancing from ordinary domestic sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold) to commercial offices and business sales and purchases. We have considerable experience in ‘buy to let’, from both the individual and business point of view, and mortgages of all kinds including equity release, Help to Buy and Help to Buy ISAS. We are on the panel of all major building societies and most small ones that we come across.
We are equipped to handle development from the ground up again both residential and commercial.
Our domestic case management allows us to keep track of all domestic matters without losing the personal touch.
All conveyancing is managed and overseen by a partner and all legal reports done by a partner personally.

Each have their own conveyancing case load and are happy to help any client, or prospective client, with their instructions or questions.
David Steed (firstname.lastname@example.org) and Roger Long (email@example.com) are consultants of the firm and both bring with them their own caseload to Harold Bell Infields & Co. They both support us and we them at holiday times.
