Notary & Document Swear

Tracy Poolman, based at our Ewell office, is an experienced Notary Public able to offer a full legalisation service in relation to documents intended for use in any jurisdiction. The minimum fee per document is normally £150.00 plus VAT  (£160 if it requires an Apostille) and an estimate will be given on enquiry. At present, VAT is currently charged at 20%.

Appointments can often be made at short notice.

Any of our solicitors are able to take Oaths and attend to the signing of Statutory Declarations, frequently at short notice. Please telephone our reception to arrange a mutually convenient appointment or pop in and take pot luck! The price is £5 per oath/declaration and £2 for each exhibit.
