Roger qualified as a Solicitor in 1972 and joined Infields in 1974. He became a Partner in 1976 and Senior Partner in 1983 and joined forces with his present partners in 2016. Roger specialises in Property Law – both Commercial and Residential, general Company Law, including Partnerships and the Purchases and Sales of Businesses. Roger is married and lives in Long Ditton. He enjoys all types of sport.
Admitted in 1978, Malcolm became a partner in Harold Bell & Co as soon as he was qualified. Later Malcolm became a sole practitioner. Twenty five years ago Tracy Poolman became a Partner to Malcolm’s great relief and the continued benefit of the practice. Martyn joined as a partner in 2014, and all three joined Roger in 2016 to become Harold Bell Infields & Co.
Malcolm has commercial experience from articles in London and considerable general experience in practice in Ewell. He deals mainly with residential and commercial conveyancing (including business sales and purchases) and wills and LPAs, with an overlap into the probate department for Inheritance Tax advice. He also tackles severance agreements.
Malcolm is married with three children and lives in Sussex. He is interested in cars, golf, photography, flying and travel. None of them sufficiently indulged.
Tracy joined Harold Bell & Co as an assistant in 1990 and became a partner in 1993 having had a wide experience in articles and having been a partner in another firm for a number of years. Tracy specialises in matrimonial and family cases, is a member of Resolution and collaborative lawyer. Tracy has also considerable experience in conveyancing and is a qualified Notary Public. Tracy has three grown up children and lives in Surrey.
Martyn became a partner in Harold Bell & Co on 1 May 2014, having made a huge contribution to it since he joined in 2007. Martyn qualified as a Solicitor in February 2006. During his training contract he particularly enjoyed Wills and Probate and decided he wanted to expand his practice in this area. Since 2007 Martyn has worked exclusively in the Private Client field. Martyn deals with all aspects of probate work as well as wills, powers of attorney and trust and management. He is happy to discuss any of this when you contact him. Martyn’s interests include running, rugby, listening to music and cooking.
Martyn is married with 2 Children and lives in West Sussex.
Amanda qualified in 2013 and joined Harold Bell Infields & Co in 2022 from national firm Gateley. In the interim she has picked up a wide range of experience having worked in law firms in Reading, the City and in Canada. She has acted for a variety of clients, both individuals and companies, and predominantly specialises in the Property sector with additional experience in Company and Commercial. Amanda lives in Surbiton and enjoys cycling and running in the Royal Parks and making an effort to visit as many of the excellent local pubs and restaurants as she can.
David joined the firm as a consultant in February 2011 and has worked locally in the Surrey area for many years, having qualified in the City of London where he acted for large property companies and estate developers.
David deals with both commercial and residential property including licensed premises and secured funding work for large corporations.
He has been a committee member of Surrey Law Society and was the President of the Surrey Law Society in 2004-2005 and again in 2009-2010. He is currently (2018) Council Member of The Law Society of England & Wales – Commercial Property
He is a keen amateur photographer and rifle shooter and his main claim to fame is the case which he personally brought against the Home Office following the handgun ban and which ended up in the House of Lords (he won!).
Roger joined the firm as a consultant in May 2021 having worked locally in the South
London and Surrey since qualifying in 1984. Roger has practiced as a residential
conveyancer, criminal defence lawyer, Childcare Lawyer and advocate in Croydon and here
in Ewell and during that time has been a partner in a local firm and had his own high street
Roger deals with both residential and commercial property and offers advice and
representation in case relating to children and Child Arrangement Orders. He also has a wide
experience of negotiating in various areas including property acquisition and disposal,
arrangements for children upon divorce including living arrangements and contact; he also
has wide experience in running an office and bringing the best out of staff.
He has been a committee member and company secretary for a local Abbeyfield Society and
has assisted in charitable work in local youth clubs together with giving “back room” advice
to charitable organizations running a Heritage boat hire yard and sailing and water sports for
Roger lives with his partner and daughter in West Wiltshire and works remotely but is
available for appointments in the office by arrangement and in clients homes or suitable
meeting places in the South, South East, South West and East Anglian areas of the UK. He
has four grown up children and four grandchildren.
He is a keen amateur sailor on both the Norfolk Broads and the Highlands and Islands of
Scotland. He is a Classic Car enthusiast and collector, amateur historian with a considerable
library, a collector of 20th Century art glass and pottery and has a keen interest in full size
Steam and model railways.

Riz joined Harold Bell Infields & Co in 2017 and covers Residential Conveyancing including buying and selling of residential property, Lease Extensions, Shared Ownership, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, Buy to Let.
Pam qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has since amassed experience in various disciplines in law. Having joined the firm in 2019 she now heads the Wills & Probate Department at the Hampton Wick branch. Pam is always on hands to take enquiries from clients who may need the firm’s services to deal with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Administration of Estates, as well as general private client matters.
Wenesa obtained her LPC LLM from the University of Law in 2018. She completed in her training contract at a boutique law firm were her primary focus was on residential and commercial conveyancing. She joined Harold Bell Infields and Co at the Ewell office in 2022 where she deals with all aspects of both residential and commercial conveyancing including, buying and selling of property, lease extension, new build and help to buy.
Nathan is a member within our Private Client department. He joined Harold Bell Infields & Co as a paralegal in 2022 and has been building his experience within Private Client since 2018. He primarily deals with Will writing, Lasting Power of Attorney and the administration of estates. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his young family and participating in sports. He is a player-manager of a Sunday football team and likes to attend his local gym.
